Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our online shop easily. This statement applies to the online shop activetpetcare.com of MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet and describes how we meet the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Our service

In the online shop you can choose dog brushes and accessories, read product information, ask questions via the contact form, and place and pay for orders.

How we implement accessibility

• Guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA
• Keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator
• Text alternatives for images and labelled controls for screen readers
• Sufficient contrast and font sizes, content can be zoomed up to 200%
• Clear page structure with headings; reduced-motion settings are respected
• Ordering and payment via the Shopify checkout

Known limitations

Some content, such as older product photos or embedded third-party content (e.g. Google Maps, payment providers), may not yet be fully accessible. We are continuously working on improvements.
