Warranty

Provided by MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet · Applies exclusively to ActiVet brushes purchased directly from MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet.

Our promise

For a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet undertakes to repair or replace, at its own expense, any brush that shows a defect due to faulty workmanship or material quality.

Warranty terms

MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet undertakes to manufacture all ActiVet brushes it sells free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from MONTI-Werkzeuge GmbH / ActiVet and covers defects attributable to faulty workmanship or material quality.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply if the brush shows a defect caused by the owner’s own fault:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or “force majeure”
  • Use not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product
  • Damage to the handle or pins caused by incorrect use
  • Failure to provide appropriate care
Goodwill: In exceptional cases, a goodwill warranty may also be granted after the 12 months have expired, following inspection of the brush.
